These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glint ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible macOS devices that you own or control.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the App to route supported document formats (.docx and .xlsx) from Finder to Google Docs and Google Sheets for lawful personal or business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, sublicense, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The App interacts with third-party services, including Google Docs and Google Sheets. Your use of those services is governed by their separate terms and policies.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
